Michal is a B2B sales expert. Upon collecting rich experience from SMB, enterprise, partner, field and inside sales, Michal co-founded SALESDOCk – a full stack B2B sales agency. Together with his teams, Michal has helped build many startup sales departments, as well as rebuild those of corporate companies.

At Presto, Michal covers the sales domain and holds two main roles. First, he audits prospective startups from the sales perspective in order to assess what stage their ‘business machine’ is at and what needs to be built or adjusted.

Second, in the after-investment phase, Michal is in charge of helping founders with scaling sales and involving other resources of the Presto Ventures network with a single goal – growth of the startups in the PV portfolio.

Michal loves how extracting and combining the best from the fields of statistics, rhetorics, psychology, semantics, and process modeling allows sales to become a compact ‘scientific’ discipline and, at the end of the day, also fun.

Aside from building ‘revenue machines’, Michal plays Tight End in American football and holds Czech National Championship title with his team Prague Lions. Beside his main sport, Michal enjoys olympic weightlifting, snowkiting, and alpine hiking – he loves adding new peaks into his collection, with the current highest peak being Iran’s Mt. Damavand (5 609 m).
